Recently, the Equipment Department of New Energy Industry Group's Quzhou Base organized integrity training for employees. Through case warnings and policy education, the training aimed to strengthen employees' integrity awareness, standardize professional conduct, and foster a clean and upright work environment.
At the beginning of the training, Yu Ning, Deputy Director of the Quzhou Base Human Resources Department, presented typical recent cases of violations, using "real-life incidents around us" to warn "people around us," sounding a clear integrity alarm for all employees.
Wu Yonghai, Head of the Equipment Department, emphasized the need to learn profound lessons from the cases, adhere to a "zero-tolerance" attitude toward integrity breaches, and strictly prohibit any form of improper financial interactions between employees and suppliers. He also required the department to strengthen daily supervision and process control to eliminate integrity risk loopholes.
Lu Junzhong, Auditor from the Audit and Supervision Center, conducted integrity policy education for attendees, explaining company regulations and analyzing illegal activities such as benefit transfers and kickback acceptance through real cases. He clarified reporting channels to help employees build a strong ideological defense of "daring not to corrupt, being unable to corrupt, and having no desire to corrupt."
The implementation of this integrity training provided employees of the Quzhou Base Equipment Department with a vivid and profound lesson in integrity education. It effectively enhanced their self-discipline awareness and laid a solid foundation for standardized management and risk prevention within the department.
